AI Training

    AI Training for Your Team

Most teams adopt AI tools faster than they learn to use them. We fix that.

Signs your team needs AI training

AI training teaches your people how to use AI tools well in their actual jobs, and how to use them safely. Without it, tools get bought, tried once and forgotten. We commonly see these signs:

    • People are using ChatGPT on their own, with no rules about what is okay.
    • Results are inconsistent. One person gets great output, the next gets junk.
    • You worry client or company data is being pasted into AI tools.
    • Some staff avoid AI entirely because they are unsure or nervous about it.
    • You pay for AI tools that barely get used.

The tool is rarely the problem.

Confidence and clear habits are what make AI stick.

Good training does three things. It shows people where AI saves them time in their own role. It teaches them to check AI output instead of trusting it blindly. And it gives everyone the same simple rules, so the business is protected while people experiment. That is how a few curious users turn into a whole team that works faster and more consistently.

    Our core training program

    Team AI Fluency Program

    $1,800 · 4 weeks

A four week training program that gives your entire team the skills to use AI in their daily work. The goal is a team that is AI capable, not just AI curious. Each workshop uses real tasks from your business, so people practice on work they will do again the next morning. Week one covers the basics and safe use. Weeks two and three focus on each department's own tasks. Week four pulls it together, so everyone leaves with a personal set of prompts and habits they trust. Between sessions, your team can ask questions in the private channel instead of getting stuck.

4 weekly workshops (1 hour each)
    Department specific AI playbooks
    AI tool license coordination
    Certification upon completion
Private Slack or Discord channel for questions

    Training by role

Generic AI tips do not change how anyone works. We tailor each session to what people actually do all day. One mistake we often see is training everyone on the same generic examples. People nod along, then go back to their old way of working. Role-based practice fixes that.

    Sales

Research prospects, write personalized follow-ups, and prepare for meetings in minutes. Keep the CRM updated with less typing.

    Marketing

Turn one idea into blog posts, emails and social posts in your brand voice. Edit AI drafts so they sound like you, not like a robot.

    Operations and admin

Turn meeting notes into task lists, draft standard documents, and write clear checklists for repeat work.

    Customer service

Draft accurate, friendly replies to common questions faster, and know when a message needs a real person instead.

    Finance

Summarize reports, explain numbers in plain words, and organize expenses. Learn which financial data must stay out of AI tools.

    AI policy and safe use

Your team is probably already using AI, whether or not you have rules for it. Every training engagement includes a simple AI use policy, written in plain language and short enough that people actually read it. It covers:

Which AI tools are approved, and which are not
What data never goes into AI tools (client details, financial records, passwords and anything private)
How to check AI output before it reaches a client
Who to ask when someone is not sure

We walk through the policy during training, so it becomes a habit rather than a document in a drawer. Want to see what goes into one? Read our guide to writing an AI policy.
