Question 1

What is AI consulting for a small business?

Accepted Answer

AI consulting helps you work out where AI will actually save time in your business before you spend money on tools. We look at how the work gets done today, find the repetitive tasks that eat your week, and give you a clear plan for what to do first.

Question 2

What is the AI Roadmap Diagnostic?

Accepted Answer

The AI Roadmap Diagnostic is our paid planning project. It starts from $1,500 and takes about 2 weeks. We map your key workflows, talk with the people who do the work, and hand you a written, ranked plan showing what to automate first and what it should save.

Question 3

Do I need the AI Roadmap Diagnostic before an implementation project?

Accepted Answer

No. If you already know which task you want to fix, you can go straight to AI Implementation. The Diagnostic is the right first step when you are not sure where AI fits, or when you want a plan before committing to a bigger build.

Question 4

How do I know if my business is ready for AI?

Accepted Answer

Good signs include a team that repeats the same tasks every week, data typed into more than one system, and a few simple steps that are written down or easy to explain. Our free AI Readiness Guide covers the signs in more detail.

Question 5

What does AI implementation look like in practice?

Accepted Answer

We build automations and AI workflows inside the tools you already use. That can mean routing new leads, drafting follow up emails, moving data between systems, or summarizing notes. We test everything before it goes live and show your team how it works.

Question 6

Do we need to buy new software?

Accepted Answer

Usually not. We work with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, QuickBooks, Zapier, Make and n8n. We only suggest something new when there is a clear gap your current tools cannot fill.

Question 7

How long does an implementation project take?

Accepted Answer

The AI Quick Win Sprint takes 2 weeks. Full Business AI Implementation takes 4 weeks. AI Transformation + Ongoing Optimization is an 8-week build, followed by ongoing monthly work.

Question 8

What happens after the automations go live?

Accepted Answer

Each package includes support after delivery. If you want ongoing help, you can add Monthly AI Audit & Optimization at $600/month, or work with us through Fractional AI Leadership from $1,200/month.

Question 9

Is training included in implementation packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Basic training is included in every implementation package, so your team knows how to use what we build. For deeper skills across the whole team, we offer the Team AI Fluency Program.

Question 10

What is the Team AI Fluency Program?

Accepted Answer

The Team AI Fluency Program is a 4-week training program for your whole team. It costs $1,800. Your team learns how to use AI in their daily work, with practice on real tasks and simple rules for safe use.

Question 11

Do we need an AI policy if we are a small team?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but it can be short. A one-page policy that says what data can go into AI tools, what needs a human check, and what is off limits prevents the most common mistakes. Our free guide includes a sample policy you can adapt.

Question 12

How much do your services cost?

Accepted Answer

The AI Roadmap Diagnostic starts from $1,500. The AI Quick Win Sprint is $3,000, Full Business AI Implementation is $6,000, and AI Transformation + Ongoing Optimization is $12,000 upfront plus $1,200/month. The Team AI Fluency Program is $1,800, and Fractional AI Leadership starts from $1,200/month.

Question 13

Do you offer a guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For the AI Quick Win Sprint, we agree on a clear time-savings goal together before we start. If the Sprint doesn't hit it within 2 weeks, you get your money back. For Full Business AI Implementation, we set a time-savings goal for your team together at kickoff. If we haven't reached it within 30 days, we keep working for free until we do.

Question 14

Are your prices fixed?

Accepted Answer

Our prices are published starting points. After the free call we agree a fixed quote with you before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
